At Shoelicious, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or wallet once the item is received and inspected. Exchanges are also available for eligible products. Please note, certain items such as personal care products and clearance items are non-returnable.
